Qualifications
The course is facilitated by Minna Kataja, the owner of Arctic Sky Lapland, an educated wildfood specialist, a life coach, yoga instructor (RYT 500 hatha, restorative, yin, pranayama, yoga nidra, prenatal yoga, yoga therapy), canoeing instructor and a construction engineer.
