The route will be adjusted according to the group. The tour is easy to paddle and suitable for beginners, families and everyone interested about slower pace.
Let us meet at Nellim (the starting point can also be somewhere else), in shoreline of Inarijärvi and check the gear. We will give you the safety instructions and basic lesson of paddling. After instructions, the adventure will start!
Did you know: Inarijärvi is the largest lake in Lapland and the third-largest lake in Finland with its 1.040 km² surface area. The lake is located 117 meters above the sea level. Inarijärvi is well-known of its clear water, 3.227,8 km long shoreline, rocky landscapes and tasty fishes. You can catch arctic char, trout, whitefish, grayling, perch and pike from the lake, in case interested about fishing (ask for fishing themed canoe tour)!

Please notice! Maximum 2 adults + 1 children in each canoe. Minimum group size 2 persons!
All participants need to know how to swim. Please have your mobile phone fully charged and the personal medication with you. Wear clothes suitable for outdoor sports according the weather. Have spare clothes in case you need to change for dry ones. Rubber boots are recommended. Have some snacks and drinking water with you!
